Summary
The Project consists of but not limited to:Remove existing asphalt roof shingles, gutters and downspouts on partial area of building. Replace removed area with new lifetime roof shingles, underlayment's and appropriate flashings, drip edge and ridge vent. Remove and replace existing gutters and downspouts. Remove and replace fascias and rake boards with new PVC trim. THIS PROJECT IS BEING ELECTRONICALLY BID AND HARD COPY BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
